FYI-As a follow-up to my earlier e-mail, Jerry Fox advises that Peoples
does plan to revise the prior draft petition to refer to the new
information developed in the testimony. Also, there will be separate
filings of similar material seeking approval of the Peoples and North Shore
contracts with Enovate.
