News that a Connecticut agency plans to install twelve fuel cell units around the state sent the stock of FuelCell Energy up nearly 20 percent Friday, reports Reuters. Lehman analysts described it as the "largest fuel cell commercialization effort anywhere in the U.S. to date" (Reuters, Mar. 23).
