 Pursuant to Scott Dieball's request, attached please find a memo
summarizing and describing the status of the outstanding issues/tasks
for completion of the World Hunger Form Turbine Agreement.  I have
almost completed the Form Override Letter.  I need to add new reps and
warranties based upon comments that I received from Rose over the
weekend.
