Kay,

attached please find for your review the draft letters

- to GTR to accelerate the Y Note,

-to AI to make a claim under the Bond in respect of the US$27MM loan, and

- to AI to make a claim under the Bond in respect of the US$5MM loan.

The amounts have to be filled in the blanks.
