Hi Chris,

We need to coordinate the setting up of an escrow account with Treasury.  We 
will use Citibank. I believe either Rebecca and/or Kathleen worked on this on 
the Intergen deal.  Can you help?

Also, do you have an address for the location of turbine 1?
