Just in case you haven't seen a copy, NCNG has filed a petition to intervene 
in the CPCN proceeding.  The reason stated is that it isn't clear who is 
providing the natural gas.  It has asked for the right to examine and 
cross-examine witnesses, to file briefs and argue its position, etc.
