thanx for your time on the phone during the day.

per your request, the attached letters reflect the re-drafting done to pick 
up your's, kay mann's, david bargainer's, dan shultz's and brian barto's 
recent comments/concerns.

the invoice for delay LDs will be in the amount of $710k (from 2sep00 thru 
18oct; i.e., date of letters) will be provided to you by separate email 
tomorrow.

we understand that a meeting with westinghouse's mark tartaglio will take 
place next week.  as needed, we are prepared to attend and support you in 
that meeting.
