Subject: Senator Gramm at Houston World Affairs Council

Senator Phil Gramm will be speaking at a meeting of the Houston World Affairs 
Council on Friday, February 16.  We have secured a table for the event and 
would be honored if you would join us.  The meeting will be held in the 
Ballroom of the Four Seasons Hotel.  Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. and 
breakfast will be served at 7:15 a.m.  The speech and meeting should conclude 
by 8:30 a.m.  Please let me know by Wednesday whether you are able to join us.
