Dave Fuller has recently joined the ENA West Gas Desk.  Dave will continue to 
work here in Portland, but will report to Barry Tycholiz in Houston.    As 
Manager of Origination, Dave will be responsible for originating commodity, 
service, transport and storage transactions with utility and industrial 
customers across the Western U.S.  Please join me in congratulating Dave on 
his new position.
