Eric, The agreement needs to be bi-directional.  The subject is an exchange 
of information concerning Petroglyph's transportation contract Colorado 
Interstate Gas Company.  Paul is going to provide the date of the contract 
and the contract #.

contact there is Craig Saldene, however the person on their 
side who will be signing the agreement is Robert C. Murdock President/CEO.
