Dan,  Attached are the amendments drafts for the Gas Purchase Agreement and 
the Gathering Agreement.  Revised Exhibit As which include the Caballo area 
need to be created.  Also John Crecink with MTG needs to provide the list of 
lease in the added reserve areas.
