Gerald --  it looks good.  We made some very (really!) minor changes, if

Staci,  Attached is the final draft of the petition we are jointly filing 
with Gulf Power Company.  The plan is to file it tomorrow in Tallahassee.  I 
will get with you shortly on finalizing the CSA amendments.
