6. Right to Compete.  This agreement neither obligates any Party to deal 
exclusively with any other Party hereto nor prevents any Party or any parent, 
affiliate, subsidiary or related entity or person of such Party from 
competing with any other Party or any parent, affiliate, subsidiary or 
related entity of such other Party, so long as such Party remains in 
compliance with this agreement.
