Enron has received Hanover=01,s e-mail (with attached spreadsheet) with reg=
ard=20
to requested changes in the contract.  Please be advised, that Enron views=
=20
this contract as a long term contract and not a "let=01,s get started"=20
agreement. Our interpretation of the existing contract is significantly=20
different than Hanover=01,s.  We would be willing to sit down and discuss t=
he=20
existing contract and your comments concerning the contract.    Please feel=
