Brant,  Attached are the form of the JV Cinergy Guaranties.  I will route the 
ENA for signature.  Please note Section 2.  I made these JV guaranties 
secondary to the Bridgeline Guaranty.  Is March 1, 2000, the correct 
effective date for these.
