Stephanie,  I would suggest modifying Section 9.4 as follows:

9.4  Addendum 1, attached to this Agreement, the bid procedures under which 
the transportation capacity hereunder was obtained, is hereby incorporated by 
reference as part of this Agreement, solely for informational purposes only.
