Because of the synonymous negotiations of agreements with enovate and ENA,  
Stacy Dickson will we negotiating for ENA and enovate.  Therefore, please 
send any questions and or issues regarding these to her attention,  I have 
given her your redline and comments.

One final issue concerns the GISB.   Do you want to proceed with this 
agreement.  If so, I will negotiate this one with you.  Please let me have
