 Stacey please place contract # 96000781 on no trade status (Interruptible Gas Purchase Agreement dated February 1, 1994).  As you may recall we will be assigning  the remaining  transaction (dated 11/30/00 Trans. No. QA0516.1 / 487737) to ENA Upstream.  I plan on putting an new agreement in place to replace the above.
