Revised Wheeling Access Charges 
ISO Market Participants:

Based upon the latest data provided by the PTOs, the wheeling access rates
for 2002 are now available and are posted on the ISO's web site at
http://www.caiso.com/clientserv/settlements/  under "Wheeling  Access
Charges for 2002".

These rates are subject to change contingent upon additional information
provided by the PTOs.  If the rates change, a CRCommunication will be issued
at that time to notify the market.
