ISO Operating Procedure posted: T-121 Sacramento Area Voltage Stability Version: 3.2 Effective Date: 12/31/2001 Procedure Purpose: This Operating Procedure describes the steps required to prevent voltage degradation and/or collapse in the Sacramento Area. Technical studies indicate that low voltage can occur for transmission line or Generating Unit Outages in the area during summer peak periods. This Operating Procedure is generally applicable between the months of June through September.
