We need to add Jay Lewis and 4-5 people with T&D tariff knowledge to the curve team as well.   This process will entail specific wholesale curves plus a complete review of the T&D tariff curves.

These teams need to work together to ensure the sum of the parts equal the whole.   I am assuming everyone on the team agrees.
