Last I heard from Steve, they were not going to include the data center for the green tags. However, commodity may be a different story. Steve, can you verify if you want the data center as part of the commodity deal, and the usage? I would assume that you want to include the data center on the commodity deal. As far as EB 1 and 2, that's the rough approximation I had. Steve probably has more exact usage if needed.

Stacy/Richard,

Is the data center (7210 Ardmore St.) going under the same deal? It hasn't been part of the discussion so I'll assume no until I hear back.

Based on our last meeting I think it was estimated that EB 1 will use 28 million kWh/year, and when EB 2 will use 42.5 million kWh/year. So a total of 70.5 million kWh/year. Is this your understanding too?

The data center, if included, looks like it uses about 6 million kWh/year.

Bob

Steve:

Richard and I spoke with Bob Hansen yesterday to get status on the presentation pitch to you. Bob said that he still needs to coordinate w/ Mary Jo on the accounting issue, but will have a presentation for you to look at by next Friday -- with price quotes scenarios depending on length of commodity deal and whether or not you participate in the pilot. In addition, I've coordinated with Elliot Mainzer, Mike Curry and Michael Payne who will get you a quote for a 5 year REC term by week's end.

We should then set up a meeting to discuss the week of the 6th as a prelude to firming up the details and showing it to your boss.

Stacey Bolton
