FYI - I have received a letter from Dynegy terminating the old 1995
Interchange agreement as of June 6, 2001.  Dynegy asks that all future
business be conducted under WSPP, this also includes DynegyDirect trading.

Have we heard anything regarding the collateral threshold issue?
