Leslie -- attached is an agreement Enron needs to execute.  Can you initial 
for us?  We need to do this ASAP since Keith needs to set up some training 
sessions with SPP.  It may be that Jim Steffes (VP) for Corp. or Kevin Presto 
should execute for EPMI.  Thanks.
