A Stage 3 Electrical Emergency Forecast has been issued by the
Independent System Operator.
Southern California Edison to begin Rotating Outages Starting at
(15:00) through (16:00), Groups (A31, A33 and A34) may be affected.

Due to the dynamic nature of the electric utility system, this
forecast is subject to change.
