The dissolution document for the management Company looks fine to Paul and 
me. 

"Skadden International" in Singapore (possibly a different entity from the 
one subpoenaed) represented Enron International with respect to the proposed 
co-gen facility.? As far as we can tell, Skadden had no role in the offering 
itself.

Skadden International's services to EI were in fact substantial.
