LAP, LLC d/b/a Comfort Suites v. NEPCO, a Delaware corporation, and Michael 
Renfro, an individual; No. CS-2001-02881, In the Fourteenth Judicial District 
Court, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.  SUMMONS and PETITION to CT Corp for NEPCO 
(National Energy Production Corporation) by certified mail on 5/14/01.  CT 
Corp first forwarded the paperwork to Redmond, WA and it was returned to 
them.  CT Corp then forwarded the paperwork to Becky Stephens, Enron, Houston 
on 5/29/01.
