Richard and Vicki,

 Enron was served on Jan 30, 2001 with Summons and Complaint in the above 
referenced class action suit which was filed in California. Also named as 
defendants are EES and Enron Power Marketing. I assume that one or both of 
you are involved in managing the the litigation for Enron. Will you please 
confirm that you are making certain that the interests of Enron Corp. are 
being protected and that an answer or other responsive pleading is being 
filed on Enron's behalf. Also, please advise to whom I should forward the 
pleading served on Enron Corp. If you need a copy of the pleading or if you
