In accordance with the WSCC "Process for Developing and   
approving WSCC Standards," the "Determination of Available   
Transfer Capability Within the Western Interconnection" both Clean 
and Redline versions have been posted for approval on the WSCC 
Web site

Since this document has not met the 30-day posting requirement
