TRANSWESTERN CONTRACT APPROVAL REQUEST

Please review the provided non-standard discount letter for Duke Energy 
Trading & Marketing.   Duke's 18,000 Dth/d Ignacio to Blanco contract has a 
one year term and a seasonal based 1-part rate structure.  Transportation on 
an alternate basis is provided for on a south to north flow direction at an 
incremental $.01 charge based upon actual utilization of the described path.

Please provide an indication of approval via REPLY WITH HISTORY.  If any
