I just received word that I'm losing my garage apt. renter as of Nov. 30...  
If any of you know someone who is looking for a place, have them call me!!  
(I found my current renter through a friend and it has worked out great.)

Hardwood floors,  lots of windows, new window A/C units, washer/dryer hookup,
