Both NYS and NYC are making funds available to small businesses in the form of Grants and Bridge Loans with participating banks. The requirements for a grant is as follows (must fulfill all points listed below): 1. Must have had a business as of September 11, 2001 south of Houston Street, 2. Employ 50 or fewer people, 3. Provide professional or business services; or engage in manufacturing, distribution or other non-retail business, 4.
