TERMINATION OF AFFILIATION

Please be advised that effective immediately, February 5, 2002, Kevin Danca
DANC-6039), will no longer be affiliated with Sterling Commodities Corp.
However, Mr. Danca will remain a member guaranteed by Sterling Commodities
Corp.

In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the
aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the
Exchange up to the close of business on February 5, 2002, must be submitted
to the Corporate Secretary's Office within the (10) days.

SWITCH OF GUARANTEE

Please be advised that effective immediately, February 5, 2002, Adam Leitner
(AGL-7643), will no longer be guaranteed by FC Stone LLC.  However, Mr
Leitner will remain a member guaranteed by Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.


NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TRANSFER MEMBERSHIP

Notice of Intention to Transfer Memberships has been posted on the bulletin
board of the Exchange by:

In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the
aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the
Exchange up to the close of business on February 5, 2002, must be submitted
to the Corporate Secretary's Office within ten (10) days.
