This confirms our discussion this morning that CSFB will wire 17,539,200.25 
GBP to Enron Investments PLC's account at Morgan Stanley.  Enron Investments 
PLC will then receive 6 million shares DVP.  This provides the best trail for 
the transaction.  Settlement will be on Tuesday, 30/5/2000.  

Laurel Adams will e-mail you instructions for wiring funds to the Morgan 
Stanley account.  Please provide to her settlement instructions for the 
shares.
