Effective Date: Wednesday, November 29, 2000 (close of business)

Clearing Member (Maintenance Margin): Old: $6,500    New: $7,500
Member Customer (Initial Margin):     Old: $7,150    New: $8,250
Non-Member Customer (Initial Margin): Old: $8,775    New: $10,125
