Clement attached is another guaranty that I would request you arrange 
execution on behalf of Enron Corp. It is in favour of  Westpac Banking 
Corporation and follows the exact form of a guaranty provided Westpac last 
month in respect of a Westpac/ENA  ISDA Agreement.
