As requested,  here are the details for the transaction completed on Thursday 
April 6, 2000.

1. Andrea Vail Reed contacted us with a potential bidder for the remaining 
86,300 shares of ESNJ held in the JEDI2 account.  Andrea relayed to us to 
sell the shares in-line with the current market (last trade was $1.75).

2.  Andrea instructed Wayne Williams of Aspect Resources (303-573-7011) to 
contact us about a potential trade.

3. After receiving a call from Wayne, we agreed to sell 86,300 shares of ESNJ 
at a price of $1.875.
