REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING PRIVILEGES

Please be advised that effective immediately, June 1, 2001, Michael Carboni 
(OSCR-7512) will reinstate his trading privileges as a member guaranteed by 
FC Stone, LLC.

SWITCH OF GUARANTEE

Please be advised that effective immediately, June 1, 2001, Thomas Stuart 
(STEW-7972) will no longer be guaranteed by Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.  However, 
Mr. Stuart will remain a member guaranteed by Pioneer Futures, Inc.

In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the 
aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the 
Exchange up to the close of business on June 1, 2001, must be submitted to 
the Corporate Secretary's Office within ten (10) days.
