I received an email from Tanya:

I have credit for Morgan and can draft the ISDA.

No response on a conference call to discuss Chase and the collateral 
situation.

Also, I spoke with Carr Futures and resolved ENA's issue.  I'm waiting to 
receive the give-up agreements.
