SWITCHES OF GUARANTEE

Please be advised that effective immediately, May 1, 2001, Stephen Willner 
(SPW-247) will no longer be guaranteed by Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.  However, 
Mr. Willner will remain a member guaranteed by Pioneer Futures, Inc.

Furthermore be advised that effective immediately, May 1, 2001, Keith Harary 
(KEET-7848) will no longer be guaranteed by MBF Clearing Corp.  However, Mr. 
Harary will remain a member guaranteed by Pioneer Futures, Inc.

In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the 
aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the 
Exchange up to the close of business on May 1, 2001, must be submitted to the 
Corporate Secretary's Office within ten (10) days.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TRANSFER MEMBERSHIPS

Notice of Intention to Transfer Memberships has been posted on the bulletin 
board of the Exchange by:

In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the 
aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the 
Exchange up to the close of business on May 1, 2001, must be submitted to the
