On 11/09 I forwarded to your attention  the Executing Broker Agreement for 
Raymond James & Associates, Inc.   Per Aneela Charania, Raymond James & 
Associates will not do trades for us until this Agreement is executed.  
Aneela would like for us to make our review and executing of this agreement a 
high priority.  Please advise at your earliest convenience the status of your 
review and/or negotiations.  Thanks for your attention with this matter.
