Agreement.  ENA will fax the ENA signature to you shortly.  Please fax the 
Mercado and Williams signatures to ENA at 713-646-3490, to my attention.  
Please send via Federal Express for Friday delivery three (3) original 
signature pages.  ENA will then send each of you a fully executed original 
version.
