At the request of Chris Foster, I am forwarding to your attention the draft 
of the following documents:

1.  Schedule to the Master Agreement; and
2.  Paragraph 13 to the Credit Support Annex

Please note that  the "Boiler Plate" of the ISDA Master Agreement and the 
Credit Support Annex can not be transmitted via e-mail.  In order to expedite
