Rate Change:
NYMEX Division Margins on Henry Hub Natural Gas Futures Contracts

Effective Date:  Wednesday, December 13, 2000 (close of business)

Clearing Member (Maintenance Margin): Old:  $12,000  New:  $14,000

Member Customer (Initial Margin):            Old:  $13,200  New:  $15,400

Non-Member Customer (Initial Margin):   Old:  $16,200  New:  $18,900
