Pursuant to the request to have the partneship and membership interests be 
partially terminable as the other investments, attached are revised swaps 
reflecting such rights in the same manner as reflected in the other equity 
swaps.  The attached cover all the partnerships and llcs on my list.  If I 
omitted any, please call.  Please print these out and substitute for prior
