of Approved Brands and Markings."


The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading=20
Commission to amend COMEX Copper Supplement No. 1 "Official List of Approve=
d=20
Brands and Markings".  The approved amendment adds Atlantic Copper S.A.=01,=
s=20
copper brand "FMS" as acceptable for good delivery against the COMEX Grade =
1=20
Copper Futures Contract.

The approved amendment is effective immediately.  A copy of the approved=20
amendment is attached.
