We are trying to pull together the resolutions, the legal opinions, and the 
guaranty or financials for the LP.

I'm out thurs. and friday, back tues. AM

I will push this tomorrow.

We are still trying to finalize tax opinion from Puerto Rico (our deal, not 
ours).
