Attached is the language which should replace (i) in the Additional 
Provisions.  Also, in your part (ii) [now part (iii)], the words "Fixed 
Price" should be capitalized each time used.  Also, you should add the 
following sentence to numbered paragraph "1" on the first page:  "Capitalized 
terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned 
to said terms in the Agreement."
