Subject: Westpac Guaranty

Would you be able to email over to us the Enron Corp. that was provided to 
Westpac a couple of months ago? I agreed to provide a guaranty in exactly the 
same form for our ISDA Agreement. I have a faxed copy but it would be more 
efficient if we didn't have to copy type.
