Special Provisions for Confirmation of this Transaction:


Notwithstanding any other provision contained in the Agreement, unless 
Counterparty executes this Confirmation and transmits the executed 
Confirmation to ENA via facsimile to the facsimile number hereinbelow 
provided prior to 5:00 p.m (CST) on December 15, 2000, this Confirmation and 
theTransaction evidenced herein shall be completely null and void and without 
force and effect.
